The Compass Players 2.0
Show description
Inspired by People. Created in the Moment.
Join us for the debut performance of The Compass Players 2.0, a new performance ensemble from Compass Improv!
Presented in conjunction with the opening reception of the Humans of St. Louis photography exhibition at Red Gate Gallery, this special evening brings together two art forms that celebrate the people, stories, and connections that make our community extraordinary.
The photographs provide the inspiration. Our improvisers take it from there — creating characters, scenes, and unexpected moments right before your eyes. No scripts. No rehearsed dialogue. Just the wonderfully unpredictable art of improvisation!

The Compass Players 2.0
Inspired by the legacy of the original Compass Players, we're creating new opportunities for improvisers to collaborate, perform, and introduce new audiences to the art form we love.
The Compass Players 2.0 is not a traditional troupe with a fixed cast or regular performance schedule. Performers will be selected for individual opportunities based on experience, availability, and the needs of each event.
